Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to prepare and ship your order. We take our time to make sure every order is ready before it leaves.

Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, it usually takes 5–8 business days to arrive. You will get a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Delays

Sometimes shipping may take longer because of holidays, bad weather, or problems with the shipping company. If this happens, we ask for your patience.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address if the information entered at checkout is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered, Chloe Cartel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping company.
